Our aim is to, where possible, bring to your table food sourced from the local area, supporting as many independent producers as possible. We are especially keen to use ingredients based on local and seasonal sourcing and high animal welfare standards. We don't look to source organic over another produce purely because it has a label. Often produce is organically produced but not organically certified.
